Note: We recommend checking your application status regularly on the portal, as email notifications may sometimes be delayed or filtered into spam.

9. Visa concierge services:

If you don't have the time, don't want to go through the complicated online process, or are afraid of making mistakes, contact tour operators or professional travel agencies.

These companies will charge an additional service fee, usually $15-30 USD per visa.

Some companies offer this service as a discount for their clients when purchasing a package tour; you should negotiate this with them (but don't mention it upfront, as they might add this fee and then pretend to deduct it later).
