About the Founder – Lam Le
Lam Le is the co-founder of New Asia Tours and a travel expert with over two decades of experience in guiding and designing journeys across Southeast Asia, with a journey of 25 years of travel and discovery.
From trekking in the northern highlands of Vietnam to exploring the ancient temples of Angkor, his personal experiences shape every itinerary we create.
Driven by a passion for authentic travel and cultural connection, he has dedicated his career to helping travelers discover the true essence of Southeast Asia.
Our History
Headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam, in 2022, New Asia Tours Co. Ltd was founded by two Vietnamese friends, Mr. Lam Le and Mr. Ling Chen. They were young compatriots from Central Vietnam who came to Hanoi to study and start a business in the early 2000s.
Lam Le has a background as a Tour leader and Product Manager of major global travel companies such as G-adventure, Intrepid, Khiri Travel, Abercrombie & Kent, Destination Asia, Robinson & Butterfield….
He was the former Director of Vietnam Flavour Travel.
Ling Chen, after working in Malaysia and Thailand, returned to Vietnam and founded Genesis Luxury Cruise in Ha Long Bay.
After the COVID-19 pandemic, the tourism industry was delayed for nearly 2 years. The two met again and shared the idea of building a completely new brand based on the values and experiences that had been accumulated over many years.
Along with a team of dedicated travel consultants: Yang Nong, Thusa Nguyen, Lena Nguyen, and Mai Hwang... to a team of knowledgeable and enthusiastic tour guides: Chai Ly, Pisey, Tommy Duong, Keo Sokpheng, Danny Do, Cris Nguyen...
They will be a team full of energy and always willing to serve tourists in the best way.
