In a nutshell, it’s a personalized itinerary where every element of the trip has been tailored to match your preferences, interests, and budget
A ready-made itinerary can make your travel planning easier and faster, but may not fit your preferences and requirements. A custom itinerary gives you more control and can be customized to your particular tastes and budget, but demands more work in preparation.
Generally, a private tailor-made tour is more expensive than a pre-packaged or group tour, as it offers more customization and quality. However, you can also find affordable options that suit your budget by comparing different travel companies and their offerings
On average, a solo traveler in Vietnam can expect to spend between $100 and $300 per day for a customized journey
Whether you tip your tour guides or not is up to you and depends on how well they served you. A typical tip is about 5-10% of the whole tour price, especially if you had a fun and educational time.
