The Story of The Founder
Lam Le is the co-founder of New Asia Tours and a travel expert with over two decades of experience in guiding, designing, and operating journeys across Southeast Asia.
After graduating from a tourism university in 2000, he began his career as a tour guide—quickly developing a deep passion for travel and human connection. Over the years, he has led hundreds of journeys for travelers from Australia, Europe, and North America, exploring Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and beyond.
A Journey Built on Experience
Throughout his career, Lam Le has worked with some of the world’s leading travel companies, including international tour operators and luxury travel brands. His role has spanned from guiding and trip leading to product development—designing itineraries tailored to different markets and travel styles.
His personal experiences are at the heart of every journey he creates.
From trekking to the summit of Fansipan, riding through the legendary Ha Giang loop, kayaking in Ha Long Bay, to exploring the ancient temples of Angkor—these are not just destinations, but stories he has lived himself.
In addition, the trips with non-governmental organizations, tourists... for purposes of charity, helping poor children in local areas, high mountain areas... are also memorable experiences in a career as a Tour leader.

After more than 15 years in the industry, Lam Le co-founded New Asia Tours with the vision of creating meaningful travel experiences across Southeast Asia.
Together with his team, he focuses on:

Resilience & Growth
Like many in the travel industry, Lam Le and his company faced major challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic, when global travel came to a standstill.
However, with the reopening of tourism in 2022, New Asia Tours returned stronger—refined, more experienced, and more committed than ever to delivering exceptional journeys.
