Xin Chao my dear customers, my name is Lam Le (Mr.), Co-Founder of New Asia Tours Co. Ltd. My role in the business is to be in charge of the Operation Department which includes Product, Travel consultant, Tour operator...

After graduating from tourism university in 2000, I started my favorite job as a tour guide for Handspan Travel Company.

I have gone through hundreds of long trips with tourists from Australia, England, America, Germany, and Canada... to explore beautiful countries like Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos... It makes me love my job and my customers more and more.

After that, I had the opportunity to work for many famous travel companies such as G-adventure, Intrepid, Khiri Travel, Abercrombie & Kent, Destination Asia, Butterfield & Robinson, Smiling Albino... organizing tours to Vietnam and other Asian countries. I am in charge of developing tourism products, suitable for tourists from each country, to further enhance cultural, natural, and human experiences for tourists when they come to Southeast Asia.

I used to go climbing with my client for 3 days to conquer Fansipan’s peak, ride a motorbike to conquer the passes in Ha Giang loop, kayak in Ha Long Bay, cycle from Mai Chau - Pu Luong - Ninh Binh, Kayaking in Nam Khan River Luang Prabang, exploring the small alleys of Hanoi's Old Quarter, 1 week exploring the small corners of the magnificent man-made wonder complex of Angkor Wat - Angkor Thom, boating in the Mekong Delta, or visit hundreds of traditional craft villages, enjoy typical local dishes from countries such as Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar...

In addition, the trips with non-governmental organizations, tourists... for purposes of charity, helping poor children in local areas, high mountain areas... are also memorable experiences in a career as a Tour leader.

By 2016, after more than 15 years on the journey accompanying tourists on their journey to explore beautiful lands, I thought it was time for a change.

By chance, one day during a meeting with people from the same hometown in Hanoi, I met Mr. Chen, who is 7 years younger than me and also studied at the same tourism school as me. Chen is also a travel enthusiast and has a lot of knowledge in the field of Sales and Marketing. We shared our ideas and felt we could build a tourism business together. From there, New Asia Tours Co. Ltd was born with the mission of being a bridge to bring the most complete experiences to tourists traveling to the beautiful lands of Southeast Asia, at the most reasonable cost. As well as joining hands to build and develop local communities so they can have a better life and have conditions to preserve their heritage and culture more sustainably.

My purpose is to convey to customers my own real experiences, and the places I have visited in other ways. Train and inspire a team of tour Guides and tour consultants with the most understanding of customers, or train tour Operators to choose top destinations, the best hotels, and the best prices…

However, what was unexpected was that the COVID-19 pandemic struck in early 2020, lasted for 2 years, and almost destroyed everything. All countries and destinations are closed and locked down.

My company also had to temporarily suspend operations.

By April 2022, tourism in Vietnam and Southeast Asia reopened, and I could return to my job with my Partners.

New Asia Tours has been refreshed to be newer and better.
