I. General Terms & Conditions

     1. Website information:

Travel arrangements and prices detailed on our websites are provided and coordinated by New Asia Tours Co. Ltd (called ‘’we’’ as below).
We have
taken due care and responsibility to verify and check all information on our websites as of the time of compilation.

Customers (called ‘’you’’ as below) must check with us for any changes or variations to the information shown on our websites. This will allow us to advise you, or your agent, of any such changes that we are aware of before you book your holiday or before your departure.

  1. The third-party dealing: 

We will not be responsible for problems that occur in cases where customers arbitrarily book other services with a third party without prior notice or through us.

  1. Force majeure cases:

In case the trip is postponed or postponed, affected by objective impacts such as war, epidemics, natural disasters, conflicts between countries...

New Asia Tours will make every effort to work with service providers to cancel the service, recover the amount paid, and refund the customer, to protect the customer's benefit at the highest level. specifically, the refund level will be based on the actual situation of each booking at each time, and this cannot be committed to the exact level of refund.

  1. Canceled by Customers:

In case the trip is postponed or canceled by the customer due to several reasons that can be considered such as Illness, performing state obligations, exit restrictions for each traveler's country at per time... New Asia Tours will also make efforts to work with service providers to support refunding costs to customers. We will also not charge a fee for our services to try to provide maximum customer support.
In these cases, requiring customers to present official documents and evidence for their reasons is mandatory.

  1. Booking Amendments: 

If you have any amendment for accommodation, or land service in pre-tour or during the tour, our Travel Consultant will support you for free services. However, if there is any extra charge from the Supplier, you will cover for it, we will inform you and get the confirmation from both sides.

  1. Customer care and service issues:

During your trip going on, our travel consultant will follow you up to support you. If you facing any matter with services from supplier such as room, car, tour guide…you need to report or update to us at the right time or in the same day. We will check out the case with service supplier to protect your right and benefits. In some case, the refunds could be applied with per amount.

New Asia Tours might not take responsibility if getting the report lately from customers for the complaint.

  1. Currency: 

All rates are quoted in United States Dollars and easy to be converted to your currency.

  1. Children's Rates: 

Child costs are based on sharing a room with adults and using existing bedding. The cost for additional bedding and Extra bed are available on request.

  1. Accommodation: 

Accommodation is as specified in the accommodation section. We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation of a similar standard in case the accommodation operator fully-booked their property or for any reason beyond our control.

The per person price quoted is based on 2 people, twin share in the specified room. Adding extra people and/or changing the room type may incur additional costs, which will be communicated to you for your consent before the final booking is confirmed.

Single room available at extra costs.

  1. Flights: 

Airfares show instant availability and fares at the time of quoting however we will not proceed with booking flights until your accommodation is confirmed. This is to avoid strict fees charged by airlines for flight amendments.

  1. Check-In / Check-Out Times: 

Generally, your accommodation check-in is at 2.00 pm and check-out at 12.00 pm. Please note that most 5-star properties will require credit card authorization at check-in.

  1. Single Supplement Costs: 

Applied for solo travelers will stay in a private room as per the policy from accommodation providers.

  1. Tour plan and quotations:

100% free quote. You will not pay anything until confirm the booking.

14. Privacy and Your Details

As a NEW ASIA TOURS customer, we respect your right to privacy. We provide only your name and arrival/departure details to suppliers to make your travel itinerary reservation. In the case of airline bookings, we are also required to provide your telephone contact details or an accommodation contact before your flight(s).

Although a common industry practice, we DO NOT share, resell, or distribute your email address, or physical address details with ANY other third party under ANY circumstances. Every effort is made to keep your personal information confidential.
