07:00: Your day begins with our driver meeting you at your hotel in Hanoi.

07:15: Embark on a delightful two-hour journey to Quang Ninh Province via a luxurious chauffeur-driven limousine, traveling comfortably on the expressway.

09:30: Arrive at Tuan Chau marina and board the elegant Jade Sails..

09:50: Receive a warm welcome aboard the cruise.

11:30: Savor a delectable lunch on the boat, delighting in a variety of flavors.

13:00: Engage in thrilling kayaking or enjoy a local rowing boat excursion, exploring the enchanting Dark and Bright cave.

14:45: Witness the authentic floating village as we pass by, immersing ourselves in the local culture.

3. Pick-Up and Drop-Off

The time to pick you up is from 8.30 - 9.00 AM, depending on your Cruise and transportation type
The time to drop you off is around 2.30 - 3.00 PM in Hanoi City
Way: We go by 5B Expressway, it takes around 2 hours and 15 minutes to reach Halong City.
Stop over point: On the way, there are some Stop over points and you could have some drinks, snacks, or just go for the toilet.

1. Canceled by customers

If the booking will be canceled before check-in by:

2. Canceled due to bad weather

If the cancellation is announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depending on the timing of the cancellation, the following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, and the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
