Morning:

Drive to Beng Lealea, which was built in the 12 century, the layout and style of Beng Mealea are very similar to Angkor Wt. Its current state, however, is dominated by jungle. Trees have grown out of the towers and vines entangle columns. Lintels and other building blocks lay around in a tumble and require visitors to climb up and down as they approach the completely collapsed central towers. This is how the early expeditions must have found the temples of Angkor…

Afternoon:

Lunch box at the site. We then continue to Kompong Khleang and enjoy a boat cruise on the Kompong Khleang Floating Village at Tonle Sap Lake where you will meet the local life in the rural. Kampong Khleang located on the northern lake edge about 48km east of Siem Reap town, is a more remote, and less-touristic place.

Great trip to 2 countries

We experienced the train ride from Hanoi to Danang City. The roadside view is as beautiful as a picture with mountains, rice fields, and the daily rhythm of citizens. Moreover, we were served local dishes on the train. And then, we visit Pnom Penh and Angkor Wat Temple through the Mekong River by a speed boat.  It was convenient for me to explore Vietnam and two areas of Cambodia at the same time
