How to visit: Situated in the heart of Da Nang City, the bridge is near the Cham Museum, Da Nang airport, My Khe beach, upscale tourist areas, and major markets.
As the Golden Bridge embodies Da Nang’s tourism, the Dragon Bridge is considered as the city’s symbol. The bridge has two lanes for pedestrians, and various motorized and non-motorized vehicles can also pass through. Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of the week at 9 PM, you can visit this place to witness the dragon’s head breathing fire and spraying water.
The bridge was recognized with the ASCE Outstanding Civil Engineering Achievement Award in 2016, secured the Diamond Award for Outstanding Engineering Achievement in 2014, and earned several other prestigious honors.
Love Lock Bridge

Identification Features: The bridge doesn’t span across the river but extends outward to the river surface. Love Lock Bridge is a romantic city spectacle with red heart-shaped lights adorned with padlocks symbolizing the love of couples.

Ticket: Not required. However, you might consider some additional costs, such as purchasing a padlock for 2 USD or taking a scenic boat tour on the river, which ranges from 6 to 20 USD (depending on whether dinner is included).

How to visit: This bridge is next to the Dragon Bridge. It is easily identified by its red columns and the dragon-transformed carp statue.
Because it is adjacent to the Dragon Bridge, I would like to introduce this bridge for your convenience visit. This location often attracts many young people for commemorative photos, couple shots, or wedding photos because of the view overlooking the Dragon Bridge and the city on the other side of the river.
This bridge is also centrally located. Visitors can take a break, enjoy a coffee, dine with a river view, or purchase tickets for a boat cruise on the Han River.

Identification Features: The bridge can rotate 90 degrees. You can observe the scenery of the bridge rotating at 1 AM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends.

How to visit: Han River Bridge is about 2 km from Dragon Bridge.
As of now, this is the first and only rotating bridge in Vietnam. During the rotation period, vehicles cannot pass through. This process lasts about one hour.
Thuan Phuoc Bridge

How to visit: The bridge is situated where the Han River meets the sea, approximately 6km from the city center. Here, visitors can admire the sea entrance, picturesque sunsets on the bridge, or the enchanting ocean scene. Surrounding the bridge are numerous local eateries that provide a perfect spot for a pause and culinary delight.
The Thuan Phuoc Bridge is inspired by San Francisco’s Golden Gate Bridge and is currently the longest suspension bridge in Vietnam. It has four lanes for cars and motorcycles, two pedestrian lanes, and two lanes for bicycles and mopeds.

How to visit: Also among the six bridges crossing the Han River, Tran Thi Ly Bridge is situated near the city center, just about 2km from Dragon Bridge.
The bridge is dedicated to the memory of a strong female revolutionary, Tran Thi Ly. It features six lanes for vehicles and two for pedestrians. Tourists can also relish panoramic vistas of the river and the city from this spot.
Alongside the Tran Thi Ly Bridge is the Nguyen Van Troi Pedestrian Bridge. It is named after a Vietnamese revolutionary figure. Nguyen Van Troi Bridge was erected in 1965. This historically significant bridge bore witness to the Vietnamese people’s resistance. While it once had tank crossings during the war, the bridge now caters only to pedestrians and cyclists.
