Pot au Pho, the new restaurant led by Peter Cuong Franklin - the only Michelin-starred restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City, elevates pho - Vietnam’s national dish, to a higher level, according to the American magazine. The place has 14 seats next to the counter, a spacious bar and an open kitchen, where guests can see the chefs working inside. Black chicken pho is a suggestion for visitors.

Xao Xac Bar is located in a villa with a large garden and an outdoor open space. The place is at the end of the alley but is a popular destination for many people thanks to the classic cocktails mixed with local herbs such as lemongrass, kumquat, and thyme. The bartender of the place is rated by the American magazine as “one of the best liquor mixing talents in the city”.

Dot Bar is located in district 1, a newly reopened restaurant. Ending 2023 successfully, Dot Bar returned with a more spacious space, brighter neon signs and more daring cocktails including homemade strong liquors with jackfruit, baby corn flavors. The place is rated as “very wallet-friendly”. Classic cocktails cost from 190,000 VND, during the daily promotion time from 5 pm to 9 pm, the price of some drinks drops to 99,000 VND.
