• Children under 5 years old:
  - Free of charge (Applied for one Child sticks with parent and bed sharing)
• Children from 5-11:
  - 75% of the adult rate (Private extra-bed or family room)
• Children 12 and above Full fare as adults

• The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.
• In case of customer's preferred timeslots are not available, an alternate schedule will be created in your place,
  and a new confirmation voucher will be emailed to you via email.
• Therewith, the customer also has the option to cancel their reservation before it is confirmed,
  in which case a full refund would be issued.

Final Payment (upon arrival)

• Our agent will meet you at the hotel and collect it. Payment can be paid in Cash or by Credit card.
• If you don’t want to bring cash much to pay the remaining balance, you can pay by Bank Transfer/ Credit card 7 days before arrival.
