Day cruise

07:45 – 8:30: The friendly English-speaking tour guide will collect guests from various hotels in Hanoi Old Quarter, aiming for timely pick-ups despite the morning traffic.

Please be prepared to expedite the process, ensuring a smooth start to the day.

Note: On weekends, due to Walking Street restrictions, we'll drop you off at the nearest convenient point in the Old Quarter.

10:00 - 10:15: Take a quick rest stop to stretch your legs, use the facilities, or grab a snack before we continue our journey.

11:30 – 11:45 Arrive at Tuan Chau marina, where our welcoming staff awaits with a smile. Enjoy a complimentary welcome drink and a brief introduction before we set sail.

12:00 – 13:00 The award-winning chef presents an exquisite lunch, complemented by cocktails, wines, and beers from the open bar.

14:00 - 15:00 Kayaking or Bamboo Boat to Visit the Bright-Dark Cave

Embark on a captivating 1-hour kayaking or bamboo boat journey through a tranquil grotto and private lagoon, accompanied by fascinating Halong Bay folklore.

15:15 - 15:45: Relax on the boat or engage in water activities like swimming, sliding on the trampoline, and enjoying the beautiful Lan Ha Bay for an hour.

16:00: Discover the secrets of a famous Vietnamese dish during our informative and fun cooking demonstration.

16:30: Savor Vietnamese teas, fresh fruit, and delightful cakes as we bask in the mesmerizing sunset.

17:45 – 18:00: Return to the harbor, hop on the Limousine, and begin the journey back to Hanoi, with a quick stop halfway.

20:00 - 20:30: Your tour guide will ensure you safely reach the front door of your chosen hotel in the Old Quarter.

3. Pick-Up and Drop-Off

The time to pick you up is from 8.30 - 9.00 AM, depending on your Cruise and transportation type
The time to drop you off is around 2.30 - 3.00 PM in Hanoi City
Way: We go by 5B Expressway, it takes around 2 hours and 15 minutes to reach Halong City.
Stop over point: On the way, there are some Stop over points and you could have some drinks, snacks, or just go for the toilet.

If the booking will be canceled before check-in by:

2. Canceled due to bad weather

If the cancellation is announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depending on the timing of the cancellation, the following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, and the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
